Decent salaries, Good medical, Good PTO, the opportunity to change jobs in the company is good. I loved my co-workers, they're all great people. They really want to move their technology forward. It's a great place to try different tech
Cons
There is an attitude in the senior leadership that if you've been there more than 10 years, you're no good to the company. They love layoffs, and refilling positions with technically skilled offshore people who don't understand the industry. Which kills the morale of those who stick around. My last few years there I was tired of my hands being tied with staffing. Managers would get called into a meeting with a list of employees they had to layoff a couple of days later, and they had zero input on the decisions. It's hard to be a cheerleader for your team, when you're just as in shock. Most of the old timers are just waiting until it's their turn to be let go. They don't want to leave on their own, because they have a bunch of vacation and severance built up.
