Pros
I had joined during a tech transform phase as an intern and I have learnt a lot. The managers and leaders are supportive and encourage you to learn more and give you flexibility to show your creativity. Interactive sessions in the team for knowledge sharing as well as casual meetings make communication even to highest levels easy and facilitates inclusion and diversity principles . Fantastic place to start your work and if you like the field then you will enjoy yourself as the work/life balance is pretty good too.
Cons
Old company and the software development techniques and methods used are a bit old. But things are changing fast. Recruitment is sometimes questionable. The pandemic hit was very hard but slowly and steadily things at Sabre are recovering.
