- Communite can be long (depending where you live and if you can afford a car) - Too fast staff turnover - Lack of proper or effective guidance once you complete new hire training - Too many things are left to personal interpretation - Promise of professional growth and promotion dependsa too much on circumstances than actual hard work - Hours can be tidious since worktime is 7-24 (depending on the shift you get, which depends on operational needs) - Shift-bid happens twicea year, but even then it is not necessary you will have a chance to choose/change your shift (depending on seniority within your tower)
