Not a con but maybe a flag to check as company is constantly reviewing benefits but as compared to other local tech businesses annual bonus plans may seem a bit low. In todays world, While still Recovering and thriving, still a very impacted field in the industry, as travel returns user requirements and customer needs seem to be shifting and in general having to quickly adapt to new ways of doing things.
