People and family atmosphere. Good for a start.
Cons
Low salary long waiting for promotion. If you jump into a product without a budget then could stack in one position for 5+ years. We have juniors who wait for mid-promotion for 3-4 years od mid wait 6 years for senior promotion. In my team I have 2 people which go to other company in lower position and still get 20%+ than salary in Sabre. Perspective are not so greate also. Debt of company is 2-3x bigger then current capitalization in stock market, and we pay for debt intrest several times more then we spend for R&D.
