Pros
Working at Sabre does an excellent job in making one question the life decisions that lead them to a career at such a silly establishment. Sabre also provides an excellent environment for learning what not to do in regards to, customer relations, employee treatment, design practices, and other standard business practices.
Cons
There is no clear plan or charter in the majority of the business units, it's common practice to make false promises to new hires to get them in the door and then use them like putty to fill in cracks in a leaking damn.
