Beware of silent layoffs. These happen at random and it does not matter how good you or you team performs. They force managers to keep the "pending layoffs" which we are notified 3 months prior, quite until 2 weeks prior to the 1st round of layoffs are about to occur. The severance package is unfair for the amount of years and work ours you put into the company. Someone working there 5years will on receive 4 weeks worth of pay, and they take away vacation.
