There are no pros to this job unless you are in need of a quick cash grab for rent. Only pro is I survived this job.
Cons
Full commission role (even though they tell you otherwise)— you will not make over 100k here. You probably won’t push past 50k. Trust me, many fantastic sales people tried. You can’t win a broken system. Toxic management. No training. No money being made unless you are a higher rank on the call queue based on how much they like you. Your sales skills DO NOT MATTER HERE. “We are a family” company but will not pay you enough to afford groceries. I knew multiple people who got eviction notices after starting this job. ** If you are black or brown, PLEASE do not apply. They fired all black people working here the moment they made a mistake. Adding onto the fact that there are definitely comments made daily with racist undertones from employees and management alike. Spare yourselves.
