Horrible scheduling and lack of flexibility around shifts Management displays favoritism and enforces policies unequally Reporting negligence is often overlooked and ignored by management Over 12 women have been 'let go' from the company while only 2 males have If you are over five minutes early or five minutes late you will get written up There is no room for growth or clear path towards promotion Is a smart device and computer program based company with only 2 engineers The lack of technical issues being fixed leads to serious life-threatening issues for our clients yet the company fails to recognize this.
