      None. It's the Worst environment to work at

      Cons

      Toxic employees Hearing drama Complaining boss's while they do nothing No perks. Have to work Christmas, thanksgiving, etc no holidays off. There's this thing called a block period, which allows you to request off. For any holidays they block that so they can have u working 30+ hours

      Pros

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Cons

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
