      Getting to meet new people Part time job that barely pays the bills some schedule flexibility I have mimimum guranteed hours

      Cons

      No opportunities for raises. You have to work 5000 hours for a quarter raise complete micro management which can seem intrusive

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
