Pros
Mandatory lunch breaks that I hear is not standard in all companies. Less script pushing concious than other companies that rely mainly on the pharmacy for their income. Getting paid weekly is nice too.
Cons
They are still running an old system that does not seem efficient for the modern world. The volume of some stores does not match the staffing provided leaving the staff pharmacists to catch up on their own time.
