-Great "team" atmosphere at our corporate office. -Senior management is very visible around the campus -Low level of micro management -diverse workforce, and programs promoting diversity -Employee cafeteria services are VERY good! We are a food company after all - Free coffee bars are located in multiple locations around the corporate campus, a refill is never more than a few steps away!
Cons
-Benefits are very bare-bones and minimal. -Disorganized project management can cause complications when multiple teams are working together with no clear leadership. -Inexperienced analysts can cause problems when extreme accuracy is needed. -Holiday ordering and shipping rush can be very overwhelming within the understaffed supply chain department.
