Pros
Overall a good company to work for and represent. I had no prior job experience and got the job offer right after the interview.
Cons
Pay was miniscule for amount of work done. Raises were rare and very little unless you had worked there for 10+ years. Management constantly changing. Labor Union fees were outrageous! Probably not good in long run for career if you are hired recently.
