      Managers will work with schedules and there are incentives.

      Cons

      Everything depends on your manager and their training. They will hire from outside of the company before they will hire within department.

      Pros

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Cons

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
