Pros
Benefit package is decent, does allow you to grow to a certain point in the company with a decent wage and has provided for me and my family for the past 30 plus year. Bonus structure in corporate is very unclear, basically it's discresionary even though it supposedly isn't.
Cons
Doesn't encourage free thinking and contributions in the corporate structure. Encourages robotic "in the box" thinking. If you want a job where you are told what to do, when to do it, how to think and not think for yourself with no real opportunity, then this is the perfect place for you. This job is also very fast passed and you can never give enough to the organization
