Pros
Was great 12 years ago.... I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Good insurance if you are on the old union contract. New hires not so much. Used to love my co-workers.... now everyone is full of negative energy.
Cons
Micro management is super bad! I feel like I'm being talked to like a 5yr old. They pick favorites. ..and are usually the worst employees. So be ready to kiss their butt constantly Have unattainable goals for the help given. Feels like I'm set up to fail. Every employee at my store is MISREABLE and looking for new jobs New employees dont stay Floral Manger pay is so underpaid! Checkers make more than do. No help! Not enough employees but they cut hours to run a skeleton crew even though that's customers biggest complaint No advancement to upper management if you are a department head and good at what you do. They can't find replacements so the store manager promises things but you will be stuck as just a department manager.... but if your a 18 yr courtesy clerk that's not good at your job then climbing the ladder is much easier
