Great people and fun staff to work with. They give you the tools to use to be effective.
Cons
Once the merger happened everything went down hill fast. They dumped their military program and stopped recruiting veterans. Started treating tenured employees like they were disposable and removed all the key leaders that made Safeway a leader in the industry.
