Pros

Plenty of hours, some nice co-workers, learn a lot about customer service, had a few nice managers, got to learn how price tags at the stores work

Cons

Severe lack of work/life balance, long hours of standing at the register without being allowed to sit, super short breaks when you get them, very mean managers towards the end, outrageous expectations/demands about work hours (wanted me to work weekends when I was almost 2 hours away at college w/o a car)

Pros

It's great to work with the people in my store, and the values on health for the company dose help my day to day life.

Cons

There is no real accountability in this company. The biggest push over company as well. They as the company will do anything for the customer, to make sure the customer is satisfied. Even if the associate themselves is affected by it
