      Pros

      Flexibility, they are very happy to let you take a day off. Great co-workers and you get to grab the cheapest deal available first if u're aware of it.

      Cons

      No chances for promotion as they only promote people that are blood related. Management can be somehow not as educated as you think and competent for their job...

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
