- job security - decent pay - 3 to 4% raise every 6 months contingent on a good review from your immediate supervisor - plenty of opportunity for movement upward in the company
Cons
- customer service program is overbearing, redundant, and difficult to get exactly right - too much emphasis placed on secret shops - extremely low morale among employees, especially department managers - possibility of "topping out" on raise policy; after you've reached the maximum amount your position can be paid, you simply no longer receive any raises, ever.
