Pros
flexible with schedule if in school or have family arrangements that need to be taken care of, WHEN* there is work the overtime is endless, able to move around the company fairly easy
Cons
pay i would say is average or could be below average, pay raises are minimal and slow, 401k match is decent (6%) and being a french company things can take forever to happen or receive parts because either waiting for approval from france or parts from france which can delay the process.
