Pros
1.Safran is actually a good company but not INDIAN one.they ll make u fool on the name sake of aerospace. 2.If you are a boot licker and tend to so more showoff ,you will get promotion. 3.good company if you have experience of atleast 8 years...u can run a company then. 3.HR Department is nice.
Cons
1.Office politics at peak 2. Management is worst.. dont know how to treat a employees,dont care about the feeling and emotions of employees 3. Uneducated person are at top level. 4. Nothing to learn. 5. No growth 6. No job security they can terminate at any day . 7.most of the time they dont had project.
