Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you highlighted that the hours enable a positive work-life balance, especially considering the early Friday finish. In relation to the points raised about not enough training when joining, we are sorry that you have felt this way. Across the business we have sought to make many improvements to the overall induction process in recent years, however we appreciate this has not met your expectations in this instance. If there is something particular you feel would have helped induct you into the business, for example training that would have benefitted you that you did not receive, please raise this with the HR team or the manager in your department. We are always looking to hear feedback from current employees on this type of topic as it helps us improve for the future. We will also pass the message relating to training onto manager of the relevant department so that we can assess where inductee training can be improved.
