      Pros

      The short duration I have been here, I have learnt more than I ever thought I would. The constantly changing development environment has kept me up to date with all the new bleeding edge technologies. Coming from my previous place of work, which was not technology focused, I feel I have massive opportunity to grow within Sage and I look forward to see opportunities unfold before me.

      Cons

      With my team distributed around the world. Sometimes it is hard to get the right answers from the right places. Communication is something which could definitely be improved, as I feel this creates silos within teams.

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
