Pros

The people - colleagues and managers are 'normal' people and focused on working towards the same goals supporting customers, colleagues and innovation! The company offers challenges/opportunities in return for hard work. There have been some long hours, but its been recognised and working flexibly allows to take the time back when needed. Sage Foundation - Colleagues get 5 days to give back to the community, it's part of the CEO objectives and encouraged, some fantastic opportunities to give back to the community. Work/Life Balance - there is a respected boundary of the work/life balance, yes sometimes you are giving more to the Company but other times you can take the time back. Flexible working is supported within the business as long as the work/job gets done.

Cons

Tools and processes - not all processes are fit for purpose, can be frustrating sometimes as other stakeholders won't have the same objectives as you when you are trying to get approvals/support Roles and Responsibilities - if you are a team player not so much of an issue, but sometimes the R&R isn't defined so duplications/things slipping through the gaps where no clarity on who was responsible for what.

Pros

Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

Cons

Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
