      Pros

      -Being part of a global team, with regular communications is great - lots of great learning opportunities and gives you the flexibility needed (work/life balance) - Travel opportunities - Change in leadership has lead to more colleague focus which is great and the investment in leadership teams at all levels is very encouraging - Innovation is key, so you get to work on some really exciting projects

      Cons

      - Still too much red tape, which wastes a lot of time - Progression pathways are only in place for product engineering not for the rest of the business - No support from HR business partners

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
