      There are many opportunities to support and input into the business changes. At Sage there is definitely to move towards focusing the wellbeing of colleagues

      It's an environment where there is constant change, the communications about the changes are sometimes lacking.

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
