Business Outlook
Pros
The pros are the people, they make it; my colleagues care about what they do, many of them are amazing at what they do and for the rest of us like me, its an organisation and culture that cares about helping us grow. I also really value the 5 days a year we get to do voluntary work for local charities and the really good training and accreditation provision; I feel invested in.
Cons
The cons are the size of the organisation. If you want to work somewhere where they have the capacity to do things to the best of industry standard you have to accept that it will be a big company like Sage. That said, all the folk I've worked with here are friendly and there's always someone who knows someone who you can talk to to get anything done.
