      Pros

      - culture and environment set for growth, collaboration and skills development - friendly and welcoming peers, always happy to help - huge opportunities to excel career and work outside of your remit - diversity and inclusion is a priority of senior management including the CEO

      - often cases of slow/ delayed onboarding to apprenticeship schemes (generally as a result of the awarding body rather than Sage)

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
