      Pros

      Putting colleagues first in the current climate. Sage has been quite exceptional in this time of crisis, ensuring that all employees are safely working from home, with no loss of pay, and supporting us with whatever we need. We are so very lucky to be working for this company at this time. From Steve Hare, down to our line managers, everyone has been incredible. I am so grateful for everything that has been done for us to keep us safe.

      Cons

      I could have found plenty of minor gripes a few weeks ago, but none of them are important.

      Work life balance is the strongest attribute at Sage. Family matters and mental stablity is supported. Top notch benefits.

      Cons

      Departments with mixed roles of similar tasks, yet separate teams without collaboration.

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
