      Pros

      Nice people to work with., good benefits.

      Cons

      This is a very dysfunctional company. There is poor communication from upper management, no real direction as to where the company is headed, revolving door for all employees and managers. There is absolutely no support or loyalty towards long term employees. This company is trying to be something that it isn't nor will be in the next couple of years. They offer old legacy solutions, not a lot of flexibility and there doesn't seem to be a change to upgrade the products. They have brought on a very limited SaaS solution which they think will make them a full SaaS company.

      Work life balance is the strongest attribute at Sage. Family matters and mental stablity is supported. Top notch benefits.

      Departments with mixed roles of similar tasks, yet separate teams without collaboration.

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
