We have taken note of your feedback and given visibility of it to our Marketing and DEI teams who have each responded as follows. ‘We agree that we need to address the lack of racial and ethnic diversity in senior leadership and as a first step to doing so, we are currently working on creating targets for racial and ethnic diversity, including a separate target for Black participation, at the Executive Board and Executive Board minus one. Once these targets are confirmed, we’ll be sharing these internally and externally, alongside our action plan outlining how we will achieve these targets.’ In regard to marketing, ‘We are in the process of reviewing how we are organized as a Marketing Function to act on these points.
