      Flexible working if you are in an area that allows it

      Cons

      Every few months/year strange decisions from above that cause everything to go slow. Some people who are terrible to other people get promoted a lot. Think they are just being moved on any which way.

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
