Pros

The company allows you to work from home. And, as in any other job, you can find really good people inside

Cons

Top managers are only focused in their own careers, not in the company. They do anything to achieve the budget, even cheating customers. The strategy for the next 5 years is focused in new customers, not in keeping current ones. Products are old, hard to use and understand, and you can't rely on them, they are full of issues. Some people is beeing paid a lot less compared with same positions in other business units, even in the same country.

Departments with mixed roles of similar tasks, yet separate teams without collaboration.

Pros

Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

Cons

Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
