Pros

CAT teams do a lot to encourage engagement. Some nice people work there

Cons

Sage could be a great company if they just had leaders who walked the talk. Most of the leaders at Sage will say one thing but treat the employees terribly and not do anything to create a conducive and engaging work environment. The CAT teams do all the work, and the leaders just sit back and pretend to be a part of it when they’re really not. Senior leadership is terrible at engaging with employees to make them feel like they’re part of something. It’s a shame because Sage could be a wonderful company if they had the right senior leaders in place. They do not live the values of sage.

However, we also take notice that in general, you did not have the most positive life at Sage experience and we are sorry about that. Visibility of your review shall be given to our senior leadership team in North America but we would love to get a little more insight into specific experiences you or other colleagues have faced that were unideal. Please follow the link below this response to an anonymous internal feedback form where you can capture your extended feedback. Pros

Work life balance is the strongest attribute at Sage. Family matters and mental stablity is supported. Top notch benefits.

Cons

Departments with mixed roles of similar tasks, yet separate teams without collaboration.

Pros

Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

Cons

Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
