The organization is making a very strong push towards meeting company metrics, which are seemingly changing at a rapid pace to be able to simply keep up.
The organization is struggling to show team members appreciation for what they have done, along with acknowledging how much they are willing to adjust on-the-fly for the betterment of the organization.
