Pros

Great team members. PTO is good.

Cons

The execs will lie to you to avoid bonus payouts. The CEO & CFO posted to investors: “Sage performed well in the first nine months, delivering revenue growth in line with our expectations and sustaining good momentum, despite ongoing macroeconomic uncertainty. Accordingly, we reiterate our guidance for the full year, as set out in our half year results announcement. " and then turns around and tells employees: "" Whilst Sage has performed well over the last 9 months, we continue to be behind where we had planned to be at this point in the year – we haven’t seen revenue growth accelerate in the way that we had planned." and tells us how our bonuses will be lower than expected. Well? Which is it? We did perform or did not? Who are you lying to? Your investors or your employees?

Pros

Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

Cons

Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
