Pros

Hybrid role. Nice office amenities.

Cons

Disorganized support structure with no true path for growth or promotion. Very limited training with high expectations of product support beyond scope of clients' support plan parameters. Management is not supportive and not even proficient in the database for which we provided support. The company felt very disconnected and boasts of values that are not evident in how employees are managed and how support is structured for numerous products.

Pros

Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

Cons

Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
