Used to be a positive place to work - Senior Sage Employee Review

I joined post covid as did much of my team. We were hired based on talent not location but that all didn’t matter last year. My team has been strong armed into compliance and those who can’t are been pushed out. There are constant hiring and promotion freezes and my team were always understaffed and multiple staff were promised promotions that disappeared but yet the associated work did not.
