Pros

Easy account for beginners and that's it

Cons

Low salary, no Christmas benefits/box/bonus, Bad working environment, toxic management, rooms are stinky, pantry is dirty, unsafe comfort rooms, HR is not coordinating. They will ask you to add positive review here in Glassdoor to make them look good, but it is not, Crowded elevator 30,000 employees sharing 2 elevators very crowded and might be the reason why you are late, "Free" coffee but only for 30 cups vs 30,000 employees, no annual increase, mandatory unpaid overtime, supervisors are not "supervising" they are afraid to take supervisor calls. Too many payrolls dispute they are not even paying the correct holiday payment. No growth opportunities, rude SMEs. So hard to file a leave even though you file it 2 months ago it will be subjected for approval, even when you have medical certificate for your leave, they will still give you warning for being sick. VERY BAD COMPANY OVERALL

Pros

Sagility Health provides an opportunity to gain experience in healthcare claims processing and work with a large healthcare client. The remote work setup and standard daytime schedule are positives, and the role can provide exposure to healthcare operations and insurance processes.

Cons

My experience was challenging due to inconsistent guidance and unclear documentation requirements. There were situations where quality expectations seemed to change depending on who was providing feedback, making it difficult to feel confident that work was being completed correctly. Communication between teams and leadership could be improved to ensure employees receive consistent direction and support. Training and ongoing coaching varied depending on the individual providing assistance, which sometimes created confusion and unnecessary stress. For a role that requires accuracy and attention to detail, having clear and standardized expectations is essential.
