Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of good supervisors now. Changes for the better over the last couple years have made a big difference in how people working here feel. Good training and you can learn a lot if you put in effort. Lots more attention on people being treated good. Tons of internal job postings so more good positions available to workers already at the company.
Cons
Sometimes reviews are late. We are working 50 hours a week because of how busy it is but for a long time was 45 hours. Bad employees can bring people down and I understand why they need to keep people but it can be annoying to work with people that don't try and dont have good attitudes.
