Clean and organized - Anonymous employee Saginaw Control & Engineering Employee Review

I have worked here over 2 years. I am most impressed by how clean and organized the place is. I have worked in other manufacturing plants that did not care enough about their employees or their safety to make cleaniness a concern. Good benefits, pay, set hours, overtime. Hard work pays off. I had two reviews each year, and received a raise with each one. No weekends. I am able to spend time with my family without worrying about work.
