Don't call HR if you have a problem or you WILL get reprimanded. Make sure you do nothing but the job you are tasked with at the start of your shift or talk to any of your fellow co-workers or you will get reprimanded( I was told to help fix a problem at the laser system by my supervisor and got a reprimand for leaving my work station). Don't EVER call in sick or they will hold it against you on your raise (I had to call in sick for my wife's miscarriage and got reprimanded even though I told HR what was going on...I was told "I can't call in sick to play with my kids"...Yes that is exact words. And when I questioned them when I got my write up they said yes they said that, but it's not their fault I had to call in sick even though I brought in a doctors note for it).
