Pros
Better than Unemployment - at least when your benefits run out.
Cons
If it was simply a case of nepotism and favoritism as core professional habits, Schlesinger MIGHT be overlooked as just another company that doesn't care about their employees. How they've managed to stay in business for over 40 years with the sort of management practices that include unfair pay scales, encouraging a climate of fear, low morale, racism, overworking staff members, benefits that are (at best) a joke, aggressively berating and insulting your employees, high turnover rates, an outdated infrastructure and an absolute lack of professional accountability boggles the mind. Steer clear at all costs.
