We have fantastic local upper management who are accessible, fun, adaptable, and always working late to bring in new clients. I call people and try to give them money, a pretty sweet deal especially when talking to those who have no idea what market research is, in this recovering and still shaky economy. My work is valued and I get to talk with people all over the country.

Cons

IT support is 3000 miles away. I am my office's unofficial IT "support" since there is no in-house support. For an international company with many hundreds of employees, one centralized IT office is pretty inefficient.

The company is spiraling out of control. There’s a lack of leadership, and efforts to sell to private equity are not going well. Instead of focusing on creating value internally, they are looking externally. The company is heavily reliant on a large number of VP-level staff, with 60% or more of the staff at that level. The rest of the staff is severely underpaid.
