Pros
Really great co-workers! The people I've worked with are all kind and very resourceful which is the only reason why I've managed to stick around this long.
Cons
Absolutely NO WORK/LIFE balance! There's an unsaid expectation that you to be on call for needy clients at random hours of the morning or night. The amount of work given is unreal, especially if they expect you to do quality work and not make mistakes... even with rushing and making mistakes you cannot complete the workload given to you on a daily basis without working at least 4-5 hours longer than your average 8 hour shift. THERE IS NO OVERTIME FOR PROJECT MANAGERS so you are slaving away for nothing. The pay is also very low considering other PM salaries. The clients can be pretty rude at times but I do feel that it is because there is a false expectation being "sold" to them at the time of the bid for the project. Overall, this job is very stressful, unhealthy from a mental standpoint, and leadership does not seem to care to make changes when issues are brought to their attention. EXTREMELY high turnover rate especially in the PM roll. I would advise anyone considering this position with this particular company to keep their sanity and work elsewhere.
