Pros
Flexable, Ok job if you are in school or pursuing other interests.
Cons
Very inconsistent schedule. Some weeks you wont work and other weeks are expected to work 15+ hour shifts. Not a career. If you are looking to move up in the company it is very hard. The promotion system is not performance based. If there is an available position within the company they do not let you apply/interview for it. They just give it to someone they like. Some managers are fantastic.. and others are not. Clients can be rude, and condescending, and you are expected to treat them like royalty. Disorganized work environment. Some projects are a complete mess and you are supposed to put a smiley face on and act like "everything is ok" Low pay. No benefits.
