Pros

The employees at the Chicago office were ok, most were fellow artists so it made schedule changes easier. The view at the downtown Chicago office is wonderful.

Cons

- Inconsistent schedule - Clients were very rude, disrespectful - Management did an ok job at going to bat for you, but 9 times out of 10 didn't - Very hectic - Poor communication - Didn't get schedule until Tuesday or Wednesday before - No set breaks during shifts - Shifts could be anywhere between 4 and 16 hours long - Management would schedule you at the O'Hare office without asking you/giving you any notice that you were going to be at a different location - Communication between project managers/recruiters was abysmal, at best - Very poor work/life balance

Pros

You're able to work remote.

Cons

The company is spiraling out of control. There’s a lack of leadership, and efforts to sell to private equity are not going well. Instead of focusing on creating value internally, they are looking externally. The company is heavily reliant on a large number of VP-level staff, with 60% or more of the staff at that level. The rest of the staff is severely underpaid.
