•Friendly and diverse staff •Work hand-in-hand with different levels of office management •Not cold-calling, working with a base of people familiar with your service •Great office location and corporate culture (international firm)

Cons

•If hired part-time, hours can be limited & lack of benefits package •Can become monotonous at times, it is essentially a call-center job

The company is spiraling out of control. There’s a lack of leadership, and efforts to sell to private equity are not going well. Instead of focusing on creating value internally, they are looking externally. The company is heavily reliant on a large number of VP-level staff, with 60% or more of the staff at that level. The rest of the staff is severely underpaid.
